Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern, bright, and generally clean, but it seemed the vacuuming was overlooked during our 8-night stay. On the bright side, our room had a lovely view over the golf course with grazing kangaroos. The service was friendly and accommodating, although some staff appeared indifferent. The location was decent for exploring the Sean Valley, offering picturesque views with kangaroos roaming the golf course. The dining experience was enjoyable, with a nice family-friendly vibe, but there were minor issues. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel had picturesque surroundings with vineyards outside the courtyard and kangaroos exploring the grounds each morning. However, the hot water system malfunctioned without compensation. The dining experience in the Greenside Cafe was a bit chaotic, with no Christmas ambiance at the tables.
The hotel is surrounded by lush greens in the Swan Valley wine growing region, only 30 minutes from the Perth Airport. The rooms are first class, well-appointed, and spotless, but some areas need renovation. Service is top-notch, from assisting with entry to lovely gestures like freeing the Koi fish. However, dining options lack variety, and the breakfast buffet is overpriced. The location is picturesque but needs an upgrade to align with the resort style.
